Zoho CRM Enhancements
You can now attach videos and folders to CRM records, which is really handy if you use video messages with customers or need to see their output when using the CRM.- Migration from Act! and SugarCRM to Zoho CRM is now possible with a single button click.
- Sequence assignment rules in numerical order
- There are new enhancements from Zoho to workflow rules, which include ‘add a meeting’ and ‘schedule a call’
- The “Reason for Loss” field in Deals, is now a picklist. It makes it easier to use and also easier to analyse results over time and therefore learn from past experience to hopefully close more deals in the future.
Calendar Updates
- Calendar widget is now available to see inside your Zoho mailbox
- You can now view meeting recordings in Calendar, stored by date of meeting. This will save time when reviewing previous meetings.
- Allow forwarding – this means that you can share information with and invite colleagues to meetings as they happen.
Latest Cliq Updates
- Picture in Picture mode for calls and meetings.
- Zoho Cliq was named Leader in Business Instant Messaging software and given a 2022 GRID Award by IT review.
